MaryGwen Stackhouse

Meet the one who keeps everyone else organized and efficient, who keeps the wheels turning for us all as an integral part of the team! MaryGwen is extremely organized and well-versed in information technology.  Fun fact, she is Jill’s sister!

Before joining the Hansen Naugler Ritchie Team, and before her over 21 years in Real Estate, MaryGwen worked for many years as a travel agent, which gave her a great opportunity to travel and see some of the world. She has completed a community college course in home building and carpentry - something she has been interested in for many years.  MaryGwen is the proud mom of Gracie and they enjoy living in the West End of Halifax surrounded by wonderful family, neighbours, and friends.  

Just a few years ago, MaryGwen had the unbelievable opportunity of joining Royal LePage colleagues from across the country to do an 8-day trek in the lost city of Machu Picchu, Peru while supporting an invaluable fundraising effort initiated by The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. It wasn't easy trekking at high altitude, sleeping in tents, and going without running water and electricity, but it was an experience of a lifetime and well worth it because MaryGwen was able to surpass her fundraising goal by raising $8500.00 for Alice Housing to help make it easier for women and children to walk safely away from violence.

An animal lover, MaryGwen has always had pets.  Schroeder is a 7-year-old Labradoodle and is MaryGwen's faithful companion. They can often be seen walking in and enjoying Halifax's Point Pleasant Park.
