Charlotte Hansen

Charlotte was born and raised in the Maritimes, growing up on beautiful Prince Edward Island. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Prince Edward Island, then moved to Halifax where she earned her Bachelor of Public Relations at Mount Saint Vincent University.

Before entering the exciting world of Real Estate, she worked in Public Relations and Communications in government, private sector, and non-profit settings. Charlotte moved from PR into the Publishing arena where she worked in Sales and Editorial acquisitions. It was her role in publishing that she learned how much she loved working in a relationship-based profession and decided to make the leap into real estate!

Becoming a REALTOR® was the perfect transition from publishing and public relations, as it combined Charlotte's strong interest in the housing market and real estate with her commitment to client satisfaction. 

Charlotte is a firm believer in staying connected to her industry and community! Over the past 15 years in the business, she has served on the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors (NSAR) Education & Bursary selection committees, Royal LePage Atlantic's Advisory Council and Mentorship Program, and is a proud supporter of Alice House, which provides safe second-stage housing to women and children escaping domestic violence. 

Charlotte's sense of humour brings a fun and relaxed attitude to the buying and selling process. This warm and welcoming approach, combined with her passion for real estate, industry knowledge, and strong work ethic, creates the perfect combination required to navigate the sometimes wild real estate market! When Charlotte isn't helping clients buy and sell properties she enjoys reading, pilates, walking her Australian Labradoodle, Adelaide Lemon, and spending time with her son and daughter!
