Janice Naugler

Janice has lived in Nova Scotia for most of her life, having previously moved many times as a child as part of a military family. After the many moves, Janice was ready to settle in and form roots in her new home province of Nova Scotia where she and her husband Mike raised 3 wonderful children, now adults – Ryan, David, and Julie! A huge blessing has been the recent birth of their first grandson, Benjamin! Janice spent many years volunteering in her community, as giving back is something she feels strongly about. She was privileged to volunteer time with her children’s sports teams over the years, and was an active hockey, football, soccer, baseball, ringette, and rugby mom! In 2005, she spearheaded the fundraising necessary to start a high school football team and was honoured to have an award named for her “The Janice Naugler Award for Community Service” at Sir John A. Macdonald High (now Bayview) which is presented annually to a student who gives back to their community.

In 2008 she earned her Real Estate Salesperson Licence, finishing at the top of her class. She has been a consistent award winner with Royal LePage Atlantic, including the Award of Excellence - Lifetime Member. In 2022, she was recognized with the Client Satisfaction Award based on feedback provided by clients. She is a proud supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and gets a great reward from being a mentor for new realtors entering the profession.

She loves working in real estate and will tell you that the thing she loves the most is helping people and being part of such an exciting time in their lives. For others who are faced with moving a loved one out or needing to sell, she provides the gentle care required to make the transition as smooth as possible. She treats each person as if they were a member of her family. Her goal is to offer professionalism, guidance, and the utmost in service to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
